We are parents, and we know that sometimes life gets in the way, whether it be sickness or just a change in plans.  You can cancel your order at anytime by emailing us at [email protected].

However, please bear in mind that all our gear is booked by reservation only, and once booked, your requested equipment is removed from our available equipment list, this makes it unavailable for other clients.  Therefore, we have some fees in place to compensate us for the time the equipment is not available.

Our fees for cancellation are as follows:

• A non refundable administration fee of RM 50 will applicable on any order that is cancelled.
• Cancellation more than 7 days prior to delivery date will receive full refund less administration fee.
• Cancellation 3-5 days prior to delivery date, will receive 50% refund less administration fee.
• Cancellation within 1-2 days of delivery date will not be refunded.
